A service call with Reliable Breeze could be completely free! If you call for servicing and we end up having to do repair, then we bill you nothing for the Service Call.

If it ends up being that repairs are not needed, the Service Call is billed at only $125.

AC Check-ups are important to make sure you know the status and perfomance of your system in order to address any issues before they become worse. During an AC Check-up, our technicians will:

24 Point Tune-Up - $99

Our 24 Point Tune-Up will keep your system at top performance. During the tune-up our team will:

  • Check thermostat operation
  • Clean filter
  • Check system temperature split
  • Check refrigerant & make adjustment up to 1LB. of Freon
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Make belt adjustments
  • Check voltage and amperage to all motors
  • Check compressor, amp draw and connections
  • Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup
  • Inspect condenser motor
  • Inspect condenser and evaporator coil
  • Perform a Safety Control Inspection
  • Run and test system
