- 2 visits (1 in spring, 1 in fall)
- Replacement/clean filters
- Check thermostat operation
- Chemically clean condenser
- Check system temperature split
- Refrigerant check & adjustment up to 1LB. of Freon
- Tighten electrical connections
- Test & Balance system
- Belt adjustments
- Check voltage and amperage to all motors
- Compressor check, amp draw and connections
- Inspect indoor blower and motor for dirt buildup
- Inspect condenser motor
- Inspect condenser and evaporator coil
- Safety Control Inspection
- Run and test system
This plan includes:
- 4 visits (1 visit every three months)
- Replacement/clean filters
